Privacy

We have drafted this privacy policy (version May 2026) to explain, in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG), which information we collect, how we use data, and what choices you have as a visitor of this website.

Automatic data storage

When you visit our website, our web server automatically stores data such as:

  • the address (URL) of the page accessed
  • browser and browser version
  • the operating system used
  • the address (URL) of the previously visited page (referrer URL)
  • the hostname and IP address of the device from which access is made
  • date and time

Web server log files are usually stored for two weeks and then automatically deleted. We do not pass this data on, but we cannot rule out that it may be inspected in the event of unlawful conduct. The legal basis under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (lawfulness of processing) is the legitimate interest in enabling the error-free operation of this website by recording web server log files.

Storage of personal data

Personal data that you transmit to us electronically on this website — for example name, email address, postal address or other personal information submitted as part of a form — is used by us, together with the time stamp and IP address, only for the specified purpose, kept securely, and not passed on to third parties. We therefore use your personal data only for communicating with those visitors who explicitly request contact.

Rights under the GDPR

Under the provisions of the GDPR and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG), you generally have the following rights: right of access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing.

If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).

TLS encryption with HTTPS

We use HTTPS to transmit data securely over the internet (privacy by design under Article 25(1) GDPR).

This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Only technically necessary cookies are used, if any at all.
